Broccoli and Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
- 400g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 200g red onion, sliced
- 40g dried cranberries
Dressing
- 120ml low oil mayonnaise
- 20ml vinegar
- 20ml (4 tsp) sweetener of your choice
InstructionsCombine dressing ingredients in a blender and blend well. Add broccoli to salad bowl and pour dressing over, to cover broccoli florets well. Pour over red onion and cranberries and toss lightly.
