Ingredients
20g (4 tsp) butter
½ garlic pure
200g chicken livers, raw
30ml sherry
350g low fat smooth cottage cheese
5 drops hot sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the garlic and livers and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place the cooked livers in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend well.
Spoon into a serving dish, cover with cling wrap and chill in fridge for 2 hours.
Serve with crackers from daily serves.
