Instructions:
Mix together the olive oil, Cajun spice, raw chicken and seasoning and leave to marinade.
Slice the chicken breast into long strips and thread onto kebab sticks. Cook in a 200°C oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through (this can also be done on the braai).
While chicken is cooking mix together the yoghurt, finely chopped mint and lemon juice, season and leave to chill in fridge.
Serve Cajun chicken sticks with minted yoghurt dipping sauce and wedges of lemon.
