4 large, brown mushrooms
90g reduced - fat cheese
1 tin of tuna
½ tsp dried thyme
20ml extra lite low - fat spread
Instructions
Place mushrooms on a non - stick baking tray and top with the drained tune. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and low fat spread. Bake in a 200℃ oven for 10 minutes. Serve with garlic baby potatoes and salad from your daily serves.
