Ingredients
250ml (1 cup) low fat Greek yoghurt
30ml (2 tbsp) honey
30ml (2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
2ml ( ½ tsp) vanilla extract
Fruit from daily allowance for dipping
(strawberries, bananas, pineapple, apple slices)
FOR THINNER STEAKS (SUCH AS FLANK)
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Chill in the
fridge until ready to serve. Serve with your favourite fruits
(best are strawberries, apples, orange segments pineapple
and bananas)
