100g frozen cranberries
1 orange, peel and pith removed
1 banana
10ml (2 tsp) honey
125ml (½ cup)
fresh orange juice
Instructions
Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Variations on this cranberry smoothie. Add pineapple chunks, or use them to replace one or both oranges .Add strawberries, or use them to replace some of the cranberries. Replace the banana with low fat vanilla or Greek yogurt
