Frozen yoghurt smoothie
1 serve = 1 Fruit + 1 ½ Milk

Ingredients
- 150g mango, peeled weight
- 125ml fat free milk
- 175ml fat-free plain yoghurt
- 10 ice blocks
Instructions
- Chop up mango and freeze overnight with the yoghurt.
- The following morning place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
Tip: Give it a twist by swapping the kiwi with 300g chopped pineapple flesh or your favourite fruit
