Instructions:
Chop the apple, cucumber and ginger into small pieces.Cut the yellow peel from the lemon, leaving most of the pith. Cut into slices and remove seeds (reserve half the lemon). Add the prepared vegetables to the juicer, alternating between the greens and the firmer apple, cucumber and half the lemon. Taste for tartness. Add reserved lemon if necessary (if too sour, add a little more apple).
