Ingredients
½ Cup (40g) rolled oats
½ Cup (125ml) low fat milk
80ml water
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flavoured is best)
10ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
1ml salt
To Serve
10ml Peanut butter
100g Berries
10g Chopped nuts
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, whisk protein powder, rolled oats,
and salt. Set aside. Bring liquid to a boil on the stove top.
Reduce to low heat, stir in the dry ingredients, maple syrup,
and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid
is almost absorbed by oats and the texture of the oats
softened. Remove from the heat. Cover and set aside for
a few minutes until creamy and thick. Serve with peanut
butter, berries and crushed nuts.
