Creating Healthy Habits is Easier with Accountability
It’s the second month of the Weigh-Less 8 Week Accountability Programme. Accountability is a secret tool for weight loss success because support creates momentum. When you define specific actions, make commitments to your goals, and regularly share your progress, you're setting yourself up for success.

Our Weigh-Less Accountability Programme will turn those goals into realities, those wishes into outcomes, and those vague intentions and abstract goals into solid plans, and ultimately achievable results.

Psychological studies have shown that being answerable for your lifestyle choices and behaviours can make all the difference in staying the course.

Accountability can come from various sources, including yourself, a friend, a spouse, health care professionals or other trained individuals. Being accountable can help you overcome barriers, improve motivation, maintain focus and build habits that lead to long-term wellness

The Accountability Programme this May

Below are the Accountability Books featuring your weekly accountability goals this May:
5 – 11 May: Commit to your healthy 5-a-day. Count your colours plus we include hacks to increase your veg intake.
12 – 18 May: Accurately measure and weigh your food. This is the single most tool in portion control.
19 – 25 May: Track your sleep. We have sleep hacks plus we share how sleep affects weight loss.
26 May – 1 June: Know your Numbers! Being accountable for our internal health made easier with these Weigh-Less guidelines and we include the community testing programmes available to you.
